Tiffany Shaffery

CEO & Founder

Tiffany holds a B.A. in Intelligence Operations through American Military University and an Executive MBA through Virginia Tech. She has several certifications including a PMP and CMMI for all categories. She served in the Army as a Military Police Officer and ultimately as a Human Intelligence Collector. She completed a tour in Iraq (2005) as a Military Police Gunner and another in Afghanistan (2008) as a Human Intelligence Collector conducting Source Operations. Tiffany previously worked business operations and project management for CACI, Inc., and served as the Director of the Program Management Office (PMO) for ProCleared, LLC. She is also a member of the AFCEA Emerging Professionals in Intelligence Committee (EPIC). Tiffany spends her free time with her husband, Steven Shaffery, their three amazing kids, and chocolate lab, Guinness.

Chris Kintner

Chief Operating Officer

Chris holds an A.A. in Arabic from the Defense Language Institute, a B.S. in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College, an M.B.A from James Madison University, and an M.P.A. from Penn State University. He served in the U.S. Army as a Signals Intelligence Analyst and completed multiple overseas deployments. Previously, he worked as a federal civilian Management Analyst at the Defense Logistics Agency. Prior to this, Chris was a business operations executive at CACI, a Fortune 1000 company. When he’s not working, Chris enjoys watching movies, building computers, cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penn State Nittany Lions, and spending time with his family in Hershey, Pennsylvania

Steven Shaffery

Chief Strategy Officer

Steven holds a B.A. in Homeland Security and an Executive MBA through George Mason University. Steven served over 7 years in the Army as a Military Working Dog Handler and as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst. He completed three tours in Afghanistan, one while on Active Duty and two as a contractor. After departing the Army, Steven has worked in multiple roles within the IC/DoD, to include Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) Instructor, Wide Area Persistent Surveillance (WAPS) Lead / Principal Analyst, Business Development, and Business Analytic Officer supporting NGA’s Strategy Office. He serves as the Membership Chief for the AFCEA Emerging Professionals in Intelligence Committee (EPIC). During his free time, Steven enjoys spending time with his wife, Tiffany Shaffery, and their three kids.
