Not only does AP support flexible schedules, we offer flexible paid time off based on you and your customers’ requirements.
We offer two national plans through United HealthCare that include gym membership reimbursements, virtual appointments, low deductibles, includes $0 preventative care, and we cover more than half of the employee only cost for both plans.
We offer $100,000 in coverage at no cost to our employees for Basic Term Life insurance through Aetna. Additional coverage can be elected up to $400,000.
We offer company paid short term disability (up to 26 weeks) and long term disability through Aetna.
We offer two plans through MetLife that include two cleanings/examinations at no additional cost each year. We cover 100% of the employee only cost for our basic plan.
We offer two plans through Aetna that include annual exams at no additional cost with allowances and discounts for glasses, contact lenses and frames. We cover 100% of the employee only cost for our basic plan.
